Carrying on a rich family legacy rooted in Lockhart's BBQ heritage, their Barton Springs Road location offers an iconic Austin experience. Walking through the line and smelling the post oak smoke is half the fun. Always order the moist brisket, and don't sleep on their massive beef ribs.

For dessert, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is not your typical ice cream shop. Located on bustling South Congress, Jeni's serves up incredibly unique flavors like Brambleberry Crisp and Brown Butter Almond Brittle.
